ABOUT US
We are a body of believers committed to worshiping and serving Jesus Christ. Belmor Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church that believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and is the only way to salvation and that the entire word of God is true and is inspired of God. We join with like-minded Christians in spreading the gospel around the world.
OUR VISION
Our purpose statement is very simply this: "We exist to exalt Jesus Christ, equip the saints and evangelize the sinners." While this is very simple it is vitally important for these three things to be the bedrock of a growing church.
WHAT WE DO
Christ reached out to people of all ages and backgrounds and we desire to do the same, but without compromising the unchanging word of God. That's why you'll discover ministries geared to various life stages and needs. We have a place for everyone to study the Scriptures, fellowship together, and minister to others through numerous service opportunities.
OUR COMMUNITY
We want you to be a part of the blessings of God in the life of our church. We'll bring you updates often on just what's happening at Belmor Baptist Church and share the stories of how Christ is making a difference in people's lives.

From the Pastor
Welcome to the website of Belmor Baptist Church. We hope you will find your visit to our site helpful in whatever area you are seeking information. If you are looking for a church home in the Athens, Decatur or Huntsville/Madison area, we would like to invite you to be our guest this Sunday.
We are a growing, Southern Baptist Church. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Limestone Baptist Association. At Belmor we have four major objectives. First and foremost, it is our desire to exalt Jesus Christ in every aspect of our ministry. Secondly, we desire to strengthen our people by equipping them and helping them find their place in the ministry of our church. Third, the by product will be these same people leading lost sinners to the wonderful saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Finally, through doing all of these things we want to minister to those in our community by being the servants we are called to be. We look forward to having you as our guest very soon.
In Christ,
Keith Crouch
